SHIPPING & RETURNS

We will make every effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship orders within 10 business days after the order is received. Items not in stock may take additional time to ship. Most items will be shipped within 1-20 business days. If there are any delays in this process, customers will be notified via email. We are unable to guarantee shipping/delivery times. Delivery time and condition is the responsibility of the postal carrier. If you need an order by a certain date, please email us at support@flow-dragons.com to find out if we can accommodate your request.

 

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance which covers lost or damaged packages, but does not cover packages marked as delivered. Once your product is marked delivered to your shipping address, Flow Dragons will not be held responsible for any theft/missing packages thereafter.

 

When packages are addressed as ordered and returned by the shipping carrier/customs, shipping refunds are not given and the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. 

If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.

 

If the return is not due to an error of ours (for example, you ordered an item of the wrong size), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. 

 

International orders may incur duties fees in accordance with the laws of your country which you may have to pay before delivery. The customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes associated with international orders. International orders may be delayed in customs for unknown reasons. Flow Dragons is not responsible for any delays in customs and is unable to expedite the customs process. Flow Dragons will not be held responsible for packages lost at international customs.
