Our medium-sized monkey's fist heads are constructed of 10mm 100% kevlar rope. This 4 strand knot is our standard size (approx. 3" diameter) and has 4-5 minute burn times (dependent on fuel and environmental conditions). This hardware-less setup gives complete plane control with no exposed metal. Comes with your choice of Home of Poi Expert/Pro knobs or UltraPoi's LED UltraKnob Pro handles. Sold as a set of 2.
